I put them chopped on just about everything. That little splash of green is pleasing to the eye! Time of year here when you can get handfuls out of the yard. Mind there not as big as the BigAgra ones in the store but they're wash the dirt off fresh. 😉I LOVE some sautéed Green Onions in our scramble

I know who's plate that is...and it's not YOURS!!!! Although I indeed would love those tomatoes, I would prefer them not served with my eggs. Your DH is a lucky man that you hold your nose and cut those up for him and put them on his plate, LOL!

Mine are sticking up out of the snow in my veg plot ATM, LOL. I had to buy some a week or so ago.

About 5 years ago I took some store bought ends and stuck them in the ground and they come back every year. Before it got down to freezing I was still able to harvest the green tops, but now they are mush
