The CookingBites Recipe Challenge: Nov 2015-June 2017

A ham smoothie would be like a cold ham soup, I'd think! But there are so many pretty obvious (cooked) ham recipes: Pea and ham soup, ham and cheese quiche, ham in sandwiches (toasted or otherwise), ham on pizza or in pasta or in salad. We could google and post such recipes indefinitely. I'm trying to think of something less obvious. Granted, ham smoothie is less obvious! :D
You drank one?

I don't see why it can't encompass all sorts of ham - parma ham, the big old Christmas hams, whatever, I guess?!

Does it have to be a fruit/veggie though? Ugh, I'm so confused now! If that's the case can one of the mods let me know, and I can re-choose?

I'm sorry for all the mixups, and that I was absent for so long...

Ham is more universal than something distinctly Japanese but given that there are no entries yet changing your mind is not out of the question.

What time (UK time) on the 23rd do you want?
Right now is just after 1pm....

Midday on the 23rd UK time is good, it's a time when I should be online Japanese time without a worry! :)

It looks like we already have a couple of entries since I last logged on - I think ham will be okay!

No there is no reason as to why it has to be a vegetable. The original challenge stayed ' ingredient' nothing more. I think people had just stuck with vegetables until now to include everyone because @Duck59 and I are veggie/vegan that was all.

I'll update the time to midday on the 23rd December.
