I thought your winning entry was great. :woot::dance::dance::woot::bravo:Over to you to choose the next challenge ingredient (to see what's been already chosen see the top post in this thread) - although it probably doesn't matter if its already been chosen. There are always plenty of recipes out there!

I guess I have to choose an ingredient. Well, I just bought a bag of fresh ginger and I have no idea what to do with it, so.... GINGER it is!

Ginger in any form works; fresh, grated, powder... go crazy.
