Thanks - I found the instructions but then had to read through a couple of times to work it out. I know for next time now.

They are a bit daunting at first. But you seem to have mastered them! You can post a picture here, too.

OK, 100% honesty. I haven't tried the recipe and won't be, but it looked interesting from a general recipe ideas concept and I could try a proof of concept with tofu and a dairy free substitute but not before next weekend at the earliest I don't think... Puts thinking hat on.
