I'm guessing I'm going to have to write up and photo my evening meal tonight then because guess what I cooked lasted yesterday!

Bourghul wheat & chickpea falafels in a creamy spiced vegetable sauce served over rice with runner beans....

So you're wondering where the cauliflower is? Well it is the base of the sauce and what makes it creamy!

My wife bought some pork for a bacon wrapped honey glazed loin and it must have been on offer so she bought two. The honey glazed has gone on the back burner so I am marinating one of the loins to join a cauliflower tomorrow.

Well, that plan went to ratsh1t. I wandered into the kitchen earlier to chop up and soak the cauliflower for later and found my wife cooking the other pork loin. "I wanted to use that", I said. "No, you said you only wanted one loin which you've used so I'm cooking the other".
