Chocolate Cauliflower Cake With Peanut Butter Frosting

This has been really difficult to decide with 13 recipes in total. They are some really interesting recipes and I am bookmarking several of them to try out. I like all the Guinness recipes from Classic. I managed to get the entries down to a short list of 5 which were:

Elawain's Cauliflower, Courgette [Zucchini] and Leek Lasagne

MypinchofItaly's Cauliflower meatballs

Classic's Cauliflower and Cheese Soup with Guinness

Yorky's Pork and Cauliflower Curry

Morning glory's Spicy Turmeric Cauliflower with Tomatoes and Onions

In the end it was a close call but I have chosen @Elawin 's Cauliflower, Courgette [Zucchini] and Leek Lasagne. I was very impressed by the fact she made her own lasagne (something I've never attempted). Thank you all very much for your entries. I wonder which ingredient will be next?

Congratulations @Elawin. A deserved win. :bravo:So its over to use to choose the next ingredient. To see what has been chosen before go to the very first post in the thread. It doesn't matter too much if you choose and ingredient that has gone before as long as its not too recent.

I've had a little think about (and looked through the list at the beginning of the thread at least three times!) and I've decided the next ingredient should be Semolina. Seeing as it now turned midnight in the UK, the closing date will be midday on 23rd April UK time.

This is a tough challenge! Semolina often brings back memories of school dinner puddings! I happen to rather like it - but how to make it shine? I use it when rolling pizza to give crisp crust. But...um...not much otherwise.

Would you be OK to include cous-cous in the challenge (as it is made from semolina)?
It will come as no surprise that my entry will not be couscous!

Don't you like couscous?
