While I'm sure it was said in jest, you can count me among them. I've been experiencing possible symptoms (low severity) since Saturday, and if not for the ability to work from home, I would be using "sick days" now to protect my work colleagues as I await my testing appointment (today).

Surprisingly everyone turned up apart from 1 bereavement, 1 genuine covid and 1 that is anyone's guess-hr is dealing with that one.

Hope you are feeling better soon and testing returns negative results.

Ragweed is my killer.

We are in Juniper pollen season hear (AKA: Mountain Cedar). It is nicknamed "Cedar Fever" season. I'm sure a lot of the long lines of people waiting for drive-thru covid tests are people with Cedar Fever. The symptoms are similar.

CD
I can relate. I am allergic to juniper. If I eat anything with juniper berries I break out in hives, not to mention the close proximity of juniper growing, ugh. Cedar fever indeed!

When they announced the typical symptoms with omicron, both my wife and I simultaneously said, "But I always have those symptoms!" - sort of a cross between a head cold and allergies.

I am naturally snuffly and have been for as long as I can remember. Not so bad since new carpet tiles have been laid in the office, the old ones have been there for over 25 years, some had puddles of stagnant water under them!

I'm allergic to everything airborne. Pollen, dust, pet dander, mold, certain people...

Just kidding about people. They usually aren't airborne!

It feels like winter is over here. Currently 32°C (16:45).
