Finished this off. Flannel flowers and curly cane are some of the earliest plants I could identify when walking in the bush with my Dad.

I had this tattoo done last year but the artist wasn’t using colour yet. She was apprenticed to the artist who owns the studio where my partner & I have had all our previous work done. Today @tillyink went over all her previous work on this piece and added the green tips in the flannel flowers.

Today is my big game, final exam to be called a chef. Was a little bit nervous, hope it's the frame of nervousness that's considered helpful. At least I could sleep 6 hours and had not stress eaten again.

Had an exceptional training the last days.
Good luck! You’ll do very well, I’m sure! 👨‍🍳

On Sunday I am going to a baby shower, the mum-to-be has asked the attendees to bring a copy of their favourite childhood book and write something in it. I have chosen the tiger who came to tea, no idea what to write in it though :scratchhead:

Bad day today. I woke in the night to a very numb right hand (from wrist down except the lithe finger) and it hasn't cleared completely at all during the day. Until now it usually cleared after an hour or two but not today. More worrying is the fact that the trapped nerve roots that have been identified are all in the left side which means it should be the left side that is affected (it is as night) and that basically means they don't have a diagnosis for the issues in the right side at present which scares me.

I've not driven today because of the symptoms not clearing.

I don't want to go to sleep in case it gets worse, knowing it is going to during the night, as it has done every night just recently. The only question that remains is how much of the pins&needles and numbness will go in the morning and how much will stay. I'm starting to have difficulties knitting with small needles now, so socks are taking much longer. I'm currently knitting a shawl as well but it's a mystery knit with clues released weekly (Thursday evening here, they're based in the US,) but I've already competed this week's clue because it rained all day Friday...

Hoping tomorrow will be a better day.

It was part time school and part time in a professional kitchen. My plan for the next year, gain more experience and then start with studying business management.
Besides of that and I know it might be to much information and pretty boring, but I would like to find out where's the sweet spot for: working ours, what type and amount of affort is healthy, how to balance my brain power, in soft skills
