Pff what a nighmare, my ileostomy bag has been full every 30 minutes since dinner.. I have had 5 hrs of sleep in 3 nights.. nurses are now taking over my bag care so I can hopefully finally sleep now.

Last evening was awful, at one point I had to empty every 10 minutes.

Now, with the nurses help and 8 tablets of loperamide, plus temazepam I've had 7,5 hrs of sleep. Finally!

Just had breakfast.. the meds will work now.

When we lived in Southern Arizona, we'd go to the Fox Theater, very cool! On the second level there were love seats!

Got my cast off earlier this week, what a relief. I’m now back in the boot, but have been told to wait 2 weeks until I can start putting a little weight on it and walking assisted with crutches.

For now I still have to wear the boot to bed, but I’m told I will be able to take it off to sleep which I am really looking forward to. The fracture is about 70% healed.

I managed to get out to the barn today and see the horses and my coach, which was really nice.

Our forecast suggests we are in for a challenging week ahead.

Tomorrow, just destructive thunderstorms, wind, heavy rain, hail..

And then snow. We live at 900m. From experience is it says 1,000m we get snow...

Then 2 mornings starting at 4°C maximum... brr. Spring isn't giving up without a fight this year!
