22 years here. I've had bronchitis, tonsillitis, the common cold etc but no flu since the mid 90s.I know. But I don't take any special measures. Perhaps I should but I don't. As you say, the vaccines can't keep up with the the different types of flu. I just wing it! Soon I will be struck down and I will eat my words. But honestly, I've been flu free for over 30 years so I'm going to carry on dancing until then.
I rarely get sick in recently years. I stopped smoking 10 years ago (almost) and my kids are past the walking germ bad stage. If I think I'm getting run down I up my raw fruit & veg intake & take a decent walk or 2 early in the morning.

Well, that was quick. We now have an unblocked sink, but less money.
Did you not try the usual unblocking methods first? Mine regularly blocks...

My husband bought me 3 jigsaw puzzles for Christmas, I started the last 1 one last Saturday, we only finished it about an hour ago. Been working on it an hour or so here and there all week. It was very difficult

Had to go clothes shopping. Not my favourite paste time. New job required more corporate type stuff. Company culture calls for skirts & sensible heels. Black or navy.
