The first 2 pictures were taken at my friend that rescued us from the stopped trains place in Blackheath. That container of hail stones became Gin & Tonics. Haha.

I took that last photo just before 6pm out the train window as we were heading up the mountains from Sydney - it was so dark and sky had a weird yellow tinge I knew we were in for a bad storm.

Glad you're ok. It's really unpredictable at the moment isn't it. And those hailstones are huge!
The weather is really weird at the moment .it's the second morning in a row we have woken to find the temperature well into single figures. It was 7C this morning! Yesterday didn't make it above 15C where we are. We didn't get any bad weather this week, other than high winds again, enough to bring branches and trees down and a touch of rain .our bad weather was a week last Thursday and that caused all sorts including landslides. Lake George is back to being George Common again !

I have seen a few stories and pics on the news, wowee those things are huge, a lot of damage done apparently. Glad you are ok.

We did our grocery shop this morning, Sainsburys was packed but it wasn't too bad, still had the dawdlers completely unaware of other shoppers and those who leave their trolley in the middle of the aisle and walk off.
We are home, front door is locked, washing sorted so now we can relax, think I might have a long soak in the bath this afternoon.

Our bin day is Tuesday but is now Monday for the next couple of weeks so am leaving myself reminders to put the bin and recyling out this evening.

Our bin day is usually Thirstday but we only have one truck and it seems to break down quite a lot. Luckily our rubbish for a fortnight would unlikely half fill our bin so it's not normally a problem.

I bought this today. Not sure what I'm going to cook with it yet.

That is certainly very multi purpose dough. Does it make tea as well?

My money would be on sausage rolls.

That's what was on my mind when I bought it. Using the pork, sage and onion stuffing. Curry puffs were very popular in Malaysia when I lived there. I was not keen.

Beef Wellington maybe. But I'll likely cock it up.

Typical Monday morning, I was wide awake before 6.30, body clock was ready for the alarm to go off
