A few hours watching India and England's cricketers sweltering in the heat and humidity of Chennai has not made me feel any warmer. Nice to see some cricket, though.

Sorry about your knee. We got hit too. Luckily, I live in an apartment so there is a snow plow service.

I may or may not soak in a hot bath tonight...

Our official total in our town is seven inches, some outlying areas got 10 inches. We went from being below our snow average to well over, in one snowfall.

Tomorrow night...forecast is three more inches.

We spent eight winters in Minnesota, where 40" snowfalls weren't out of the question, and even though I owned a heavy-duty snowblower, I nearly always did it by hand.
