I assume your wife loves you?

We swam nearby before we saw this. They gave us a chance to go back in the water when we saw these critters. The others on the boat went back in. To answer your question: yes, and the feeling is mutual, which is why I didn’t.

Now I really am jealous. I've seen a few black tips in my time, but they always keep their distance when I'm diving.

One time when I was fishing about 100 miles offshore in Texas waters, I caught a shark. Actually, I caught a fish, and the shark ate my fish along with the hook. I spent close to an hour reeling it in, just to cut it loose when I got it to the boat -- it was a big one. It is one of those things you only do once, just to say you did it. You know when you've caught one by the pull on the line. I never hooked another one, but I know I wouldn't bother with one again.

My new laptop arrived. I'm all set to start playing Sims 4 and build the mansion I'd love to have in real life :dance:For the geeks around this is a Gaming laptop HP Pavilion 15-ec2001np

My kids used to play that many moons ago. It was really rather upsetting as they seemed to take pleasure in building up families and then letting them drown in the swimming pool. Not sure if that outcome still exists.

When I was a teen, we would create Sims characters for people we didn't like in real life, and kill them in the most ingenious ways. You could lock them in a room and remove the doors so they would starve, get them in the pool and remove the ladder so they would drown, or make them cook or light the fireplace and kill them in a house fire. :roflmao:

Part of me wants to meet you IRL, and part of me is thankful there's an ocean between us.

So Tropical Storm Elsa has become Hurricane Elsa. My family in Jamaica is on TS warning, and we here in Florida are thinking it may reach us by Tuesday. In an unfortunate coincidence, my wife and I are flying out of FL today but planning to fly back on the eve of that storm Monday night, hope my flight doesn't get canceled! 🤷‍♂️
