It's been around that temp here too for the past 3 weeks, just add High humidity too. A benefit of being below sea level 🙄. But no rain!It is 8:30 PM, and it is 86F/30C. The air conditioners will be running most of the night ($$$$$).

Just cold here with a bitterly cold Antarctic wind. So the 8°C it actually made it to today still felt like 0°C/32F in the wind.
We're now 700kg up on firewood in the shed.
Stay cool down there. Staying inside most of the day? We never get that hot, but we have gotten pretty warm..We look forward to summer then the serious heat hits and we are stuck inside again..lolOposite here. At 4PM, the temperature peaked at 102F/39C, with a heat index of 111F/44C.

I could do with some of that heat please. Today in the sitting room, never made it above 14°C (16°C is 61F) despite the wood burner being fully open and not overly packed with wood. I've spent the day with 2 long sleeved t-shirts and a woolly cardigan on and I'm still cold! There is snow on the peaks to the south of Canberra.Oposite here.
