Traditional British Breakfast Fare Ingredients

I'll probably have to make the sausage and blood being unavailable will this do? bangers
I'd eat those for sure! Quite honestly, I am not brave enough to eat blood sausage. The idea of the blood creeps me out. I know it's because I didn't grow up eating it or I would have a different mindset. Never think I will be trying haggis, either...

You can't taste the blood in the sense you're at the dentist. I didn't grow up eating it either but with all that sausage making stuff I got... The freakiest part, only the first time, was putting the blood/clot package in the frig. I should've had company over! 🤔

I could never get past calves liver and my family all loved it. I took one look at it (around the age of 7) and I remember having to sit at the table for a very long time because I refused to eat it (I tried a few bites in good faith but it was disgusting to me). And that was cooked, never mind when I saw my mom preparing it another time and I was taken aback that it was bloody and slimy. No offal for me, and no blood sausages. The rest of the English breakfast looks pretty good!

Mod. Comment: Can we please stick to topic which is Traditional English breakfast fare.

I can see why the tinned beans are in. I've found some on Amazon but can't swing that ticket until Christmas expenditures are history. The beans I'm cooking are taking a *l o n g* time and I'll have a lot... When they're done I can portion them out to see how many bangers I'll need. This IS going to be good. 😁

Thanking everyone so far! 🙏

Not a UK thing at all. This is obviously a US invention. The only type of toasting bread here is supermarket standard sliced bread which is sliced a bit thicker. Most people use whatever bread they usully use every day but I suppose traditionally its simply sliced white.

You could of course make fried bread instead...
