What’s the next kitchen item you plan to buy (2025)?

Huh? Defrost the dog food? 🤔
I am guessing they buy the frozen raw. I hear it's good quality stuff.

I know that my oldest daughter and her husband feed their dog that Fresh Pet (not raw) and keep it in the refrigerator. I wish they kept it in an airtight container because when we go to visit and I open the frige, there it is in the door with a loose piece of plastic over it and I can smell it. I keep my thoughts and comments to myself on that since it's not my home and not my dog.

I had GlassLock brand and never an issue. Eventually, 12+ years, the locking flaps started to tear at the rotation point but they still seal well enough for daily fridge use. All I ever used them for.
I don't remember what brand mine were, but I got them from Bed Bath and Beyond years ago (I miss that store) and it's likely they were not the quality you had/have or that Sam's carries.

Know what you mean but they slide all over the place
For everyday egg use, I just slap ‘em on the plate and I don’t worry if they slide a little this way or that, but when I’ve had to display them nicely, so to speak, just the smallest dab of mustard or mayonnaise or even a little of the filling held back and placed on the plate, then each egg sat on one of those…problem solved.

Well in the 2024 thread near the end of the year I bought some stainless steel rings on Amazon for stovetop muffins/crumpets and didn't have a chance to report my results because I didn't end up using them until about a week ago. They're just okay. I think the muffins turn out just as well without them, and the dough stuck a little to the rings though it wasn't hard to clean it off. I bought them for less than $5 with free shipping so no big deal, and I can use them for egg rings or something else. Hey, I have often said I need more clutter in my life...LOL!

Yep, I've had to do that after an infused tea and carrying the plate to another room...

I have some of those; in a box somewhere. 🤷‍♂️

Mine held 12 and I always made 12, I just don’t like having something that’s so specialized - a plate that is used to hold exactly one thing and one thing only. Every time I had to move it to get to something else, I’d cuss at it.

I’ve employed both of those methods and they work, I’m just being lazy cos I ‘d like to skip the sticking them down part 😂

Just bought this for oil. I love OXO products. I think I will get one for vinegar.

I was thinking a board. They double up as a charcuterie board if you flip them over and I could slide it in with the other chopping boards.

Or this one doubles up as a cake stand.

Although it’s not really pretty enough to be a cake stand.
