My son decided to make dinner tonight, so after my wife showed him hiw to use the broiler, he made lemon, honey, and fresh thyme glazed salmon, aged cheddar mashed potatoes (he decided to grate my prized 7 year aged Canadian cheddar ), and a microwaved can o' sweet corn.

Everything was fantastic! As good as most restaurants. Actually, the salmon glaze was outstanding. Full marks on the salmon.

Cod, smeared some La Bomba Calabrese on top, thin sliced onion, minced garlic, capers, salt, pepper, basil, bit of butter, olive oil..bake for 15-20 minutes at 350..
