What did you cook, eat or drink today (October 2018)?

My son decided to make dinner tonight, so after my wife showed him hiw to use the broiler, he made lemon, honey, and fresh thyme glazed salmon, aged cheddar mashed potatoes (he decided to grate my prized 7 year aged Canadian cheddar :(), and a microwaved can o' sweet corn.

Everything was fantastic! As good as most restaurants. Actually, the salmon glaze was outstanding. Full marks on the salmon. :hungry:
