What did you cook, eat or drink today (October 2018)?

I want crab too. It’s my favourite.

Tonight was chilli con carne, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, grated cheddar, whole grain tortilla, sour cream and a mango habanero salsa with lime.

Why doesn't it freeze?
It defrosts all mushy.

Doh! Perhaps it does freeze.


I froze some and defrosted it today. Microwave for 8 minutes and it turned out not so bad.

Fish here too.

I bought some salmon, eel, chu-toro (belly tuna), and octopus to slice for sashimi, and a couple of store made maki (California and shrimp tempurs), and my wife make fried butterflied shrimp and sticky rice for dinner.

Korean beef patties with caramelized onions braised in a sweet, sour, spicy teriyaki sauce. Banchan are Korean spinach and mushrooms, plus seafood, kimchi, scallion pancakes with sweet and spicy dipping sauce.

You guys know how to live. It sounds and looks great...
