Another offering from my local patissier - a Paris-Brest gateau.
per wiki (and edited) …"A Paris–Brest is a French dessert, made of choux pastry and a praline flavoured cream. Its name comes from the Paris-Brest-Paris cycle race (which originated in 1891). The circular shape is representative of a wheel. It became popular with riders on the Paris–Brest cycle race, partly because of its energizing high caloric value".

This is 'nduja, a spicy salami paste made in Calabria .. obviously I did not eat all this piece or I would be on Mars, but it will surely be part of my next recipes...

Stone crab claws with mustard sauce. We generally have salad with this but not this time since it was kind of a spur of the moment purchase since Craig had to go over to Florida's west coast today.
Your presentation looks OK to me but hey, I don't know what Fisk Pa Fat is! Recipe perhaps?
