Wild garlic soup
 
I have never tried this. What does it taste like? Slightly garlicy? Guess it depends what else is in there.

It is a basic soup recipe with added wild garlic, the flavour depends on how strong the leaves are and how much you put in, it was mild garlic but we have had much stronger tasting soup.
 
Mmm, thst looks delicious. My sister is making a torta di ricotta for Easter.

She married into a Sicillian family and was taught by her mother in law how to be a great cook and baker.

Oh Sicilian cousine is super! I've made torta pasqualina with eggs, ricotta, parmesan and beets and its origin is from Liguria, but is widespread in all of Italy. Maybe she's making this cake...anyway I'll post the recipe....
