What did you cook/eat today (April 2017)?

It feels like I've just spent most of the day preparing and cooking a chicken curry. And now, I don't feel like eating it!
(Although it did need stirring frequently!)

I decided that I'd just have toast and jam.... Then my wife arrived out on the stoep with a portion and a couple of rotis to share. It was excellent.

Baked potatoes with minced sage, parsley, grated parmesan, salt and some pine nuts
 
Similar to "dauphinoise" then maybe?

Dauphinoise potatoes have the crème fraiche whilst I have only put some minced herbs and a little bit of grated bread homemade at last minute, no cream inside..(I've finished the grated bread and I minced with mixer some wholemeal crackers with the rest of ingredients).
 
Have you tried "hasslebacks"? You could put anything that you fancy with them.
