Tonight was cobbled together from some prefab ingredients; namely, jarred pesto and frozen cheese ravioli.
I had heard of marinating then freezing before. Supposed to pick up more flavor. After trying it I’m sold.
Last night was loaded skins and grilled wings. The wings were marinated Italian parsley, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil.

I wonder if this would work for chicken too? I mean the technique of marinating then freezing.
