Sammich of roast beef heated up a little, added tomato relish, onion,smoked cheese and horse radish. Then zapped for 25 secs to melt the cheese. This beef is by far the best beef I've had in a long long time. It just melts in the mouth. There's a few sammies left in it.

This pasta is called Mafalde (or Mafaldine sometimes).
I agree, they are perfect with lentils!
