What did you cook or eat today (April 2020)?

I had a bit of old bread and I was waiting for an idea for lunch how to use it, and I remembered a Tuscan recipe that I have always liked and that I ate often every time I went to Tuscany. La Pappa al Pomodoro. So simple yet so tasty!

Would anyone fancy a Scotch Egg Cookalong? Lots of possibilities - including soft yolked.
Sure. I've made them once, baked in the oven, and two of the four fell apart. :(

I saw a recipe not long ago for scotch deviled eggs - cook to hard-boiled, split open, remove the yolk, make your filling, then squirt it back into the halves.
 
I wouldn't mind a SE cook along as a way to learn how to do it. I don't think I'm ready for soft yolked, though.
