Speaking of strawberries, we are quickly coming to end of season for local berries. Our "lazy" dinner tonight, strawberries with a little sugar and orange liquer over vanilla ice cream, with whipped cream on top. Some extra whipped cream because I have to share with pugs.

Margarine, I still don't know how they get their delicious crunchy crust. I need to spy on some employees or something. 😂
First, you have to oil that pan with a good amount of oil. Then, you have to run that brick cheese all the way out to the edge, all the way around. That cheese will render and all that liquid will get down in the crust and crisp it up. It's a beautiful thing.
