Last night we went to dinner at a local Greek restaurant, Artemis. Really, really good food: taramasalata, calamaris, dolmades, tsatziki, and the best grilled sea bass I´ve eaten for a long time. the "Greek" potatoes in the photo were phenomenal:

Last meal in Kent today, and it´s a question of "what´s in the fridge/cupboard"? I could go for a deep-fried cheese, ham, beetroot and onion sandwich. Or a tinned salmon, caper and olive salad. Got a couple of eggs left - perhaps poached eggs ?

I didn't know you ate ham! I thought you were mostly vegetarian? The salmon sounds good, or the poached eggs.

Ham is one of the few meats I despise. Well I will eat it in bean soup or chopped up in an omelet, but it's mostly a textural thing for me. When cooked in soup it's practically falling apart. I do like the flavor, but a sandwich would be a bit much. Now BACON!!!!! That's a differernt story, LOL!
