I had one of my single serving pizzas for dinner. I'm going to post up a "recipe" next time I make one. They are quite tasty, and take 15 minutes start to plate.

I have my 77-cents per pound pork butt (see "What did you buy" thread) soaking in a mojo marinade for the night. Tomorrow, I'll roast it for Cuban pork. From there, Cuban sandwiches, pork tacos, and just plain pork with some Cuban black beans (maybe some fried plantains) during the week.

I'll take samosas out of the freezer

Me too! But the good news for me is that at may 14 we'll go to a Michelin acclaimed fish restaurant for a 'PLATEAU DE CRUSTACÉS'

Also the plan is to go to a two star Michelin restaurant in december.. My husband is serious on spoiling me! We already booked seats at: PARKHEUVEL – Restaurant
