I have my 77-cents per pound pork butt (see "What did you buy" thread) soaking in a mojo marinade for the night. Tomorrow, I'll roast it for Cuban pork. From there, Cuban sandwiches, pork tacos, and just plain pork with some Cuban black beans (maybe some fried plantains) during the week.
