Another Burger King today. If you're not feeling great and not up to cooking I can see the appeal of having a burger.

They often make food in Spain with a generosity of spirit that I wish UK food places could get onboard with!
The large amount of seedless tomato and wedge of lettuce made it extra tasty

Mid-afternoon snack, granola, toasted almonds, plain greek yoghurt, raspberry and blueberry

Toast with white cheese that tastes like orange cheese, crumbled sausage, poached egg, pan fried collard greens with seasoning, and lastly a bit of homemade yogurt.

Pressure cooked lamb ribs with mashed potatoes and some cheesy leeks for me today!

Using up things that had to go: sautéed cabbage, boiled baby potatoes, and spaetzle, all stirred together with some cheese.

We had a sheet pan meal, Garlic-herb butter chicken with potatoes, green beans, and mushrooms. Easy, minimal mess, and delish! I made a out of myself and ate every bit.

I was just about to make a pasta dish when the lights went off.
That effectively screwed up (a) dinner and (b) a language class I had at 6pm.
Lights came back on about 6.30, so at least I got to eat. Now I've got another language class.
