Still to hot to cook inside. I bought 800 grams of minced veal yesterday. This morning I put the slow cooker on the balcony table. I put the veal in the cooker with a pack of defrosted paste tom sauce. Pureed onion and garlic put that in with some Worcester sauce and a few pinches of oregano. I blended it with hand squishes. 10 hrs on medium should do it. I will post pic tomorrow. I also bought some grated Lithuanian cheese to sprinkle.
I am not a fan of sloppy or over sauced pasta so I leave it to cook till the meat has absorbed most of the liquid.

Dinner tonight was an experiment in left overs. I had some cold lamb shoulder from Sat which I chopped up then cooked off in a little oil 'til it wascrispy & gnarly. A little bit of red onion, the last remaining celery stalk & some cherry toms in the pan till blistered & onions clear, added the last of the (wilted) spinach & some leafy herbs until reduced. Plated, put the lamb on top, grated fetta & some oven-crisped pita. Doesn't look too good (the fetta is a molten mess) but it tastes good
