What did you cook or eat today (August 2020)?

I made a smoked salmon dip with cream cheese, a bit of mayo, green onion, and lemon pepper, topped with toasted black sesame seeds. I was warming some crackers and went to get my phone (camera). Hubby had already pulled the crackers out from the toaster oven and started eating them, so no photos!
 
That is a seriously bold combination. I'm still slightly shocked but I know I'd want to eat it.
You can also try it with buffalo mozzarella and spices / herbs you like. I also chopped the tentacles of the calamari and braised it with garlic, olive oil and used it in the filling together with the goat cheese and pul biber (Turkish sun dried chilli flakes - I'm sure you are familiar with it).
