Thanks. The sauce is just a basic herbed pan sauce, but wow, it's good. Chicken fond, wine, cream, sage, and salt & pepper. That was it.

Last night I made another open faced Lepinje using the Turkey thigh I bbqed the day before. Coronation Turkey with raisins served with cabbage salad dressed with smetana/garlic

. The last pic has an eery resemblance to David Bellamy a Great Tit authority. If you make it full screen his eyes follow you.
