The last two of my Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese muffins were served up with hash browns. The hash browns included Serrano peppers and scallion. The drink is a cold glass of pressed apple cider.

One of my leftover honey challenge recipes is for honey hen. I've got the chicken in the freezer, so it'll get made eventually.

For the egg recipe challenge, I tried my hand at creating a dessert cup with a meringue, Italian style meringue.

Today's meal was lemon chicken egg drop soup.

Last nights dinner. Cheese burek from scratch (Mrs B pulled the leaf) with tomato feta and slaw.

Turkey wings baked. seasoned with salt and poultry spice mix, olive oil, baked 90 min in the oven. Polenta red rice mix, delicious black beans (cooked 3 hours), toms.
Next time I make the wings, I'd possibly have them a bit more charred.
