Japanese Banquet here tonight. I had a wonderful evening cooking with my daughter.
‘Twas a lovely family meal.

Sushi, musubi, yaki onigiri, salmon belly rice pot, salmon avocado & tuna tartare, chicken katsu, pork stuffed eggplant, beef & blackbean stuffed eggplant, edamame. Other things.

I bought these langoustines in the fish market this morning for Dil and Trines visit tonight. The Marlboro pack is for scale.

This morning, breakfast was a bit out of the ordinary, - breakfast calzone with a cucumber salad and iced orange juice.

The filling for the calzone is scrambled eggs, jalapeno pepper, onion, sun dried tomato, bacon, oregano and melted cheese.

Fish fingers, cherry toms and Garam Masala potatoes… ok, I’ve experimented GM only with potatoes, just need to more time to the next level.

Today's meal was hot roast beef sandwiches with jalapeno peppers, onions and melted cheese. A beef gravy was included. The sandwiches were served with cheesy fries and a doppelbock beer.

I love the malt flavor of that doppelbock.

Kashmiri egg curry over basmati with Naan.

Homemade pizza, good recipe from Halsanutrition. Dark wheat flour and rye flour. Kid rolled it out perfectly. Topped with mozzarella, ham, ground meat, kulen(local traditional a bit spicy dried salami). Good . Covered both lunch and dinner.

Last nights dinner was Skampi Buzaru with bread. Pud was a local cheese plate with fruit. I were really enjoying everything and I forgot to take more pics.
