Marinating swordfish Marinara-style with addition of black olives

Today's meal was hot roast beef sandwiches with jalapeno peppers, onions and melted cheese. A beef gravy was included. The sandwiches were served with cheesy fries and a doppelbock beer.

I love the malt flavor of that doppelbock.
