I made a Cajun-seasoned seafood quiche last night with a thyme and tarragon pie crust. It had sea scallops, shrimp, langoustine, and goat cheese with mushroom, red onion, asparagus, bell pepper, and jalapeño:

We went out for an unexpected trip to Delft and ate meatballs & bread with dips. Typical Dutch bar food.
