Last nights Dinner. Dover sole, green salad and potato wedges. Pud was a slice of the half of last weeks tart that we froze.
After Mrs B skinned the fish it weighed just under 1kg. It would not fit in the frying pan so I had to cut it. Mrs B skinned the smaller fish and put it in the freezer to join it's mates. This was the first Dover sole of the winter season, it was absolutely superb.In my opinion one of the finest sea fish.
