At the end I’ve crumbled the pork sausages in the tomato sauce, whilst the beef steak will be eaten this evening for dinner

No. Straight out of my 6" diameter wok. I painted ELOO on the non stick surface and after the egg set, just slipped it onto the gammon.

This wasn't the one, but the same procedure.

Grandkids here so they wanted bacon n eggs, and shrooms, and fried tomato, and baked beans. I even did breky for us as well. That's a lot of bacon.

Last nights Dinner. Dover sole, green salad and potato wedges. Pud was a slice of the half of last weeks tart that we froze.
After Mrs B skinned the fish it weighed just under 1kg. It would not fit in the frying pan so I had to cut it. Mrs B skinned the smaller fish and put it in the freezer to join it's mates. This was the first Dover sole of the winter season, it was absolutely superb.In my opinion one of the finest sea fish.
