Precooked blue cod fillets, above for dinner with 4 good friends then euchre, last chance to get together before xmas. One couple doing cheese board the other couple dessert.
I'm serving with iceberg lettuce salad and new potatoes. With beetroot I bottled.

Looked at them, I agree with you, however this was beautiful, 3 fillets each. This cod is usually $55 kg but on special it was $39 kg. Cost me 24 bucks, so $4 a head.
