I made a big dee-luxe main course salad, with bacon crumbles and egg, croutons fried in the bacon fat...and then remembered I had a little blob of ground beef to use, as well as the last two Hawaiian rolls from all the way back at Thanksgiving, so I made a couple of sliders as well.

I had to look this are up. It's a vegan hotel "Ovolo Woolloomooloo"
(6 Cowper Wharf Roadway, Woolloomooloo NSW 2011)
hubby says next to the Navel base & the botanical gardens.
Means nothing to me because I've only ever been to the airport, either by road or by plane...
This will actually be my first visit and it's just 2 nights.



There’s no supermarkets in that area. It’s quite fancy. You are deliciously close to the gallery and everything else though.

I’ll get the name of the place in Canberra.
