Breaded thin-cut chicken breast, and baby Brussels sprouts.

Had to improvise our meal as none was planned. We wanted to eat at the Christmas market but none of the stalls were able to accept a card instead of cash! We were baffled. They didn't sell much because almost no one had cash..

So here's Tuna pasta with a creamy dill, garlic, green olive tapenade & tomato sauce and some mozzarella.

My dinner last night was a hot dog at the Frisco Bowl. It was a very good all beef hot dog. It wasn't $11 worth of good, but it was good.

It’s all part of the experience. I’d feel cheated if I went to the stadium and didn’t pay $11 for a hot dog and $15 for a beer!

I was thinking ahead again this morning when I put a large tray of Bacon into the hot box - let's throw in that last Russet Potato, which was sprouting

They've been transformed into twice baked Potatoes for a dinner later this week.
To distinguish mine, with Sour Cream in it  I placed a wooden toothpick in it. DH hates the stuff ...
These are only once baked and stuffed. I'll put them in the oven along with some Chicken probably.
