A little chicky tikka masala, with a little hit of jalapeno, ginger & cilantro chutney.

White beans, green peas and string beans in a rather complex broth (shitaake, kombu, katsuoboshi, spring onions, celery, garlic, bayleaf, miso paste).
I didn't liked it in the beginning, but the more I've eaten, the more I liked it. My mother didn't liked it at all. Stay healthy
 
I use to make a Madhur Jaffrey Goan prawn curry quite a lot. You didn't add the prawns till the last 2 minutes. It wasn't my favourite, but my then partner use to love it. I found it better substituting squid, adding it earlier, and simmering it out longer till the squid was tender and the masala was more developed.

Now that is a great idea - squid curry! I have to try it.
