We had hot dogs and leftovers of the slaw I made a few days ago.

Chicken wings. Sprinkled stuff like cayenne, garlic etc over them then finished off with buffalo sauce and honey. Made a blue cheese dip thingy to go with it.
Did rice n peas.

It's Lunar New Year today and to keep dirty dishes to a minimum, I simply microwaved a baked potato for today's meal, adding cucumber and tomato on the side.

The baked potato is covered with cayenne pepper, cream cheese and sprinkled oregano flakes.

Bacon scrambled eggs for wife, cup of earl for me. Fillet steaks out of freezer, two of our best friends we needed to catch up. They are coming at 6.
Garlic bread croquettes then steak with veges. Garlic sauce.
Just finished making 40 whitebait patties for my bestys mother in laws birthday, she's 90 today.
Afternoon tea at 2 pm so a busy day for me.
