Baked mixed pasta with broccoli, pork sausage, potatoes (both yellow and purple) and a homemade ricotta/Parmesan sauce. Oh, I’ve also added few chili flakes

Looks amazing and something I can easily make vegan once I'm back on my feet but do you mean pasta (see bold). I couldn't see any potatoes nor understand 2 lots of carbs like that together.

Ah Yes there are potatoes, both yellow and purple. They are probably hidden under broccoli, I have cut them into little chunks. Oh, and I have blanched them a bit with broccoli before sautéing them in the pan

Chocolate pudding with some almond slices as decoration.

With all the running around I've done this morning and while waiting on FedEx and wanting at the same time to cash in and crash out, today's meal was a return to the microwave to do a quickie.

I still had some Pizza Rolls left and not needing to impress anybody, that did the trick.

I did it on a paper plate today. Which reminds me, I'm running out of paper plates.

It's so long ago that I had a pudding (other than Yorkshire, seasoned or steak and kidley) that I don't remember my favourite. Upside down lemon cake maybe? Or rice pudding? Not really the banana fritters which were part of the set Chinese restaurant set lunches (3 bob) in the 60s. Christmas pudding I ate only because it was tradition. Crêpes Suzette I used to like but only when it was cooked by my boss' wife.

I too say steak n kidley and Sydney is sydley. People keep trying to correct me. Lol.

Last nights dinner. Roast Suckling pig leg, roast pots broccoli and gravy. Pud was 3/4 of the cake left over from brekkie and another bottle of fizz. The leg was butter soft and the crackling was crispylicious. Note the shape of the left hand roast pot.The last pic was taken on our honeymoon. We both love fizzy wine.

I reheated the left over fried mashed potatoes and sausage with piccalilli. It was good, if not better after having sat in the fridge for 48 hours. However, it didn't look very photogenic.
