Are they store bought croutons, I watched a food doco on marcys croutons the other day. Very informative.

Nope - my own croutons from my own bread. I haven't bought croutons in a couple of decades.

How do you store them and for how long? Do you make a new batch of bread every time or is it leftover bread?

Us too. Once, we bought some because I didn't want to mess with making them. Yuck, they tasted like chemicals.
And, to answer as far as us, we make them fresh when we use them. I do keep bread in the freezer for croutons though.

Oh, dinner. A 1-pot pasta meal with andouille and greens leftover from the batch made for our dirty rice. Not pretty, but tasty, quick and easy to make.
