I made tiktok feta pasta ( the current hype) and I have to say it's delicious!
And I was a fool for not checking if I had fresh basil, which I always have.. But alas no green sprig on my pic. There is now dried basil in the sauce. However, this dish is an instant favorite now for both me and my husband 😍

I'm done with the blood lab and can resume pigg'n out. :okay:

I didn't have time to cook much of anything, so I micro-zapped some Pizza Rolls.

These are Michelina's Combo Pizza Rolls. More often than not, in the USA, people are probably familiar with Totino's Pizza Rolls. I think Michelina's are much more flavorful.

Pizza Rolls typical come in Pepperoni, Combo and Cheese varieties.
 
I'm making Lemon chicken tonight, one of my fave Chinese meals.
Thighs boned and resting in a mix of light soy, Chinese wine vinegar and one egg white, all stirred up. In fridge. Will dip and fry in mix of Ap flour and cornflour. This gives a nice crispy chicken.
Rest later. We have heaps of lemons still.
