I actually just found some at my local Giant Eagle, which is where I order my curbside pickup. They have the andouille, but it's $6 for 3/4 pound! They don't have any chorizo, though. And I really don't think it is worth $6 for less than 1 pound. Looks like good quality, though.Here's a link

Hey, exactly that is on my menu plan for tonight. It's the season for it.We make bulk chorizo sometimes using purchased ground pork and adding spices and garlic if we don't want to make a big batch.
Dinner was beef stew.

Yeah cacique I only tried once and it was slimy mush. It was Mexican style. I do like Mexican chorizo but not that brand. Their cheeses are good though.
I thought the cheeses were ok. But shame on Aaron Sanchez for promoting Cacique.Yeah, that is not a good brand.
