I actually just found some at my local Giant Eagle, which is where I order my curbside pickup. They have the andouille, but it's $6 for 3/4 pound! They don't have any chorizo, though. And I really don't think it is worth $6 for less than 1 pound. Looks like good quality, though.

We make bulk chorizo sometimes using purchased ground pork and adding spices and garlic if we don't want to make a big batch.

Dinner was beef stew.

Eggs go well with hake and pike. Looks delicious.

We had a bland pasta & pesto day. The ready-made green tomato, Grana Padano & cashew pesto was quite good. I'm just leaving to the supermarket to fetch some fresh food stuff.
