Okay, cool. I like Johnsonville products. It's hard to get andouille and other "different" authentic sausages up here beyond the kielbasa and Italian sausage. Glad Johnsonville is pulling through for us!
I meant to ask you JAS_OH1 if you can find or have tried Linguica or Portuguese Sausage? That stuff is the BOMB DIGITY!!

I can find this in Cowboyville at the local Safeway.

Last night we had fried walleye chunks with wild rice and broccoli with cheese sauce. I had set back a bit of the smaller pieces of uncooked walkeye and tonight I made a seafood chowder with walleye, sea scallop pieces, shrimp, clams, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, red bell pepper, corn, and asparagus with a cream-based Cajun tarragon broth. I garnished with parsley and green onion and served it with garlic bread. Yummy!

It's not always easy to find...though in my town there is quite a significant South Asian population, so one or two butchers seem to have fresh supplies semi regularly.

I see it in Indian/Nepalese spice markets, usually diced and frozen but there is a market near my work that has a regular fresh supply.

Are you in Sydney?

I'm in Toowoomba, Queensland. Born in Sydney though!!
About an hour's drive away there is a goat farm that you could visit for farm door sales of goat pies, and you could also buy just the meat. But I haven't been for a couple of years, as I heard they only sell wholesale now.
