The aforementioned baked/jacket potato:

My usual toppings would be baked beans, cheese, and onion, but I kept it simple this time.

I baked a maraschino cherry and aniseed cake today

And made a low effort dinner, baked potato with tuna salad filling.

I ahve seen at least one other European on the forum post a baked potato with some form of tuna salad on it. Must be a European thing. No judgment, I just never saw it before.

Here's my walleye fish from the other night (with wild rice and broccoli with 3-cheese sauce). I was so loaded I don't even remember taking pics, lol. It was soooo good. Amazing I can cook so well under the influence.

I'm in Toowoomba, Queensland. Born in Sydney though!!
About an hour's drive away there is a goat farm that you could visit for farm door sales of goat pies, and you could also buy just the meat. But I haven't been for a couple of years, as I heard they only sell wholesale now.

Cabrito (young goat) is popular in Mexican cooking. I have a couple of places I can get it, although I've never tried cooking it. I have eaten it.

Beans? Not on your life!

Baked potato with baked beans its quite common here. I quite like it but I'm not going to say its a gourmet dish.

I think its a bit of a student thing. Tinned tuna and potatoes are cheap. Not something I've ever eaten though.

I like tuna with macaroni and cheese. And I do like bean soup with potatoes in it...but I think it's the uncertainty about the flavor profile of baked beans. In the US, baked beans are often in a sweet, tomatoey sauce.
