What did you cook or eat today (February 2025)

I made my English muffins finally. That sourdough fermentation is slow going for some stuff.

No,no,no, no - cricket is a game played by about 2.5 billion people. At 4pm, they always stop for tea. Hence the sandwiches.
Mexican crickets are insects. Had a faceful when I was in Frida Kahlo's little town in Mexico, at a place called Cabo Coyote. They don't taste of anything really; they're just crispy:
