With a side of meatballs?Slices of trail bologna (cut from a ring of it), German mustard, saltines with pub cheese, and sweet pickles.
Yummmy!SW spiced, panko crusted chicken in a spinach salad with shredded cheddar and croutons, with a honey-mustard dressing. A Tovala meal.

Beef Braciole
I'm so disappointed in myself that it didn't come out 'right'
I have no basis for alot of Italian dishes that my dearest husband loves ... what do i know, I'm Hawaiian ... I'd never heard of almost all of the dishes that my poor husband longs for.
I never got to meet in Mother-In-Law, who's cooking I understand would have set the World on fire.
So I fly by the seat of my pants, but dropped the ball on this one.
I thought it was a tasty dish, but not DH
Oh well, there's plenty of lunches left for Moi ... this recipe made 8 pieces, so ...
I have to say that I had thought you had made spaghetti bolognese (sorry).Beef Braciole is a classic Italian main course. It involves thin slices of beef, typically from top round or flank steak, filled with a savory mixture of breadcrumbs, cheese, herbs, and sometimes other ingredients like prosciutto or hard-boiled eggs. The beef slices are then rolled up, secured with kitchen twine or toothpicks, browned in a skillet, and slow-cooked in a rich tomato sauce until tender.
Honey it looks just fine to me. I'd gladly help it disappear! It's what was for dinner this evening ...

I think it looks delicious, and much credit to you for trying…I would have massaged the truth a little, told you it was wonderful, then maybe mentioned, “It’s a nice comparison to Mom’s…where you used this, she used that, both are good, just different…”I thought it was a tasty dish, but not DH
