Barriehie yet another coinkydink ... I "found" some Corn Tortillas at the bottom of my fridge-freezer draw and I was thinking about how I could use them ... waste not, want not ... 💡 King Ranch Chicken Casserole has been added to rotation ... I haven't made that in a while now.

So very sad. This is my very last Dickey's Barbecue Pit® Polish Sausage, that I had been hoarding in my deep freeze since, well, a long time let's say 😊

This sausage has a very different taste from any other Polish sausages. A nice punch.
I was able to buy this at our local Walmart, but alas, they no longer carry it here in Cowboyville Arizona.
I like to use this sausage in a number of dishes, but I'd have to say that I like it best as above.
A simple sautéed sausage in BACON GREASE, sweet White Onions and Green head Cabbage.
Give it all a bit of a steam and serve it over Wide Egg Noodles... YUM!
The fat rendered from the Sausage makes a nice "gravy" for the Noodles.
I made enough for four servings, thinking that I'd be giving one to my Mother, but that may not happen. :peekaboo:
I have reached out to the company, hoping to find another way to get our beloved Polish Sausage.

Interesting…we have their restaurants here, but I’ve never seen any of their products sold in the stores. Maybe only available at the restaurant? We ate there once and wasn’t too impressed with it, so I’ve never been back.

Yeah, we tried the restaurant in Southern Arizona, once. But the sausage that was available at Walmart is fabulous.
