Taco Tuesd....eerrr Monday. Carnitas, chopped onion, cilantro, salsa verde, lime and cotija.

Went to get lamb steaks but none there so wife bought 2 massive chicken kievs. I never finished even half of it, the birds will get the rest. Served with new potatoes from our garden, with lashings of butter.my salad of iceberg tomatoes eggs spring onion radishes. My Mayo. I'm full to bursting.
I should have frozen one for another day. They were massive.

Last nights dinner. I added fried cubes of Mladens spicy smoked sausage to a bag of tomato sauce from the freezer. Served with big groovy pasta and fresh grated Paski sir. Pud was a neretva orange.

Oh you’re right. Barilla Penne Rigate. I am learning the difference now.

I made the sauce from canned tomatoes.

Made my first ( seriously lol) New York cheesecake today. Strawberry flavored. It looks perfect, hopefully it will slice perfectly too tomorrow. So exited! I'm leveling up my baking slowly.

Delivery did go wrong and the boss send me home with with it. Four portions of Chestnut soup, a very good cup of fish soup, a big entrecoté, one small turbot, cesar's salad with chicken breast, side dishes. just for me and my mother
